찢어진 Trump & Musk 밀월!!

[거사 주]:  미 대선의 막바지에서 Elon Musk는 Key Swing States에서 무작위로 뽑아서 하루에 1 백만 불을 주고 선거기간 동안 277 million을 썼다. 트럼프가 대선에서 승리하고 그를 DOGE(Department of Government Efficiency) 수장으로 앉혀놓고 광대놀음을 시켰는데, 당연히 공화당내부에서 갈등이 고조되었다. 그가 퇴진한 후로 트럼프가 자화자찬식으로 “Big, beautiful bill” 이라고 발표하자  머스크는 "매우 역겨운 발상"이라고 하여 트럼프와 공화당 수뇌부를 놀라게 하면서 불협화음이 시작되었다. 그 후로 트럼프는 180도 돌변하여 머스크가 선거운동 중에 마약을 했다는 등 그의 전형적인 악담을 퍼부었다. 

참고로 머스크는 물리학적인 면에서 현실적인 관점에 근거한 신으로 간주하고 "Cultual Christian" 이라고 하며  "기본 가르침과 윤리"를 믿는다고 하였다.

Erupted this week between President Donald Trump and his one-time ally, billionaire Elon Musk, with an argument abut Trump’s massive tax and domestic policy bill raging across social media and in the Oval Office. Tensions began rising on Tuesday, when Musk blasted what Trump calls his “big, beautiful bill” as a “disgusting abomination,” surprising Republican leaders.

But the billionaire escalated the fight on Thursday when he began sharing years-old comments from Trump and other Republican lawmakers raising concerns about US government spending and the deficit.

Throughout Thursday and Friday morning, Trump and other prominent figures from the president and the tech leader’s respective orbits joined in. Trump even raised the idea of terminating contracts the government holds with Musk’s companies.

The dispute signals just how much and how quickly the relationship between Trump and the world’s richest man has broken down because of disagreement over the bill. Musk was, up until recently, a staunch supporter of the president and near-constant figure in the White House. In an event honoring his formal exit from government work last week, Musk said he would remain “a friend and an advisor” to the Trump administration.(-)
